So this month, we&#8217;re exploring the same thing for Senior Associates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For&nbsp;these positions, their total cash compensation may be just their base salary, while others also receive a bonus as well. This doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean that those with bonuses get paid more. Those without bonuses might have a higher base salary to make up for the difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So which is it? This percentage increases as\u00a0investment capital under\u00a0management increases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despite their difference in level, the percentage of senior associates receiving a bonus wasn&#8217;t that much lower than that of senior investment professionals receiving a bonus (as referenced in last month&#8217;s Digest).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center btn-post wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/survey.jthelander.com\/surveys\/1003\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Want more compensation data?
