See graph below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image img-border\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jthelander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/c601a5ee-8821-4790-e10a-03b0b459f082.png\" alt=\"Did you receive a salary increase for the coming year?\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In examining how&nbsp;much salaries increased&nbsp;for CVC units in 2023, we found multiple takeaways:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The median salary increase percentage for 2023 ranged from 3.0% &#8211; 6.5% depending on the job title.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The highest salary increase percentages in 2023 were for senior associates, associates,\u00a0and analysts.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The base salary is important to keep in mind when thinking about how much to increase a salary.
