Thelander data shows that all percentiles are higher in the United States when compared to Europe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image img-border\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jthelander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1c2f0e50-d83c-2671-8426-4b4a5356c8c0.png\" alt=\"Senior Investment Professional Total Cash\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second graph looks at\u00a0incentives other than\u00a0base pay and cash bonus.
