So this month, we&#8217;re exploring the same thing for&nbsp;Managing Directors\/Partners and Senior Associates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For all of these positions, their total cash compensation may be&nbsp;just their base salary, while others also receive a bonus as well. This doesn&#8217;t necessarily mean that those with bonuses get paid more.
