Let&#8217;s&nbsp;dive into the data!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chart 1<\/strong>&nbsp;shows the median carry dollars at work for firms with less than $500 million in total AUM.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized img-border\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jthelander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cc64f9b3-50d1-be17-318e-eac152fe6e92.png\" alt=\"Investment Professional Median Carry Dollars at Work\" style=\"width:814px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What does the data show us?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The carry dollars at work for Director \/ Principal, Senior Associate and Associate has remained relatively steady (if not the same) since 2021 for under $500 Million in total AUM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sr. Managing Director \/ Sr. Partner and managing general partner had carry dollars at work peak in 2022.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Chart 2<\/strong>&nbsp;shows the median carry dollars at work for firms with&nbsp;$500 &#8211; $999 million in total AUM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image img-border\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/jthelander.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/b620366e-112c-ffef-7b12-501a6a12ac51.png\" alt=\"Investment Professional Median Carry Dollars at Work\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What does the data show us?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Similar to under $500 Million AUM, the carry dollars at work stayed steady for Director\/Principal, Senior Associate and Associate since 2021 with slight variations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What changed?
