In 2021, the median salary difference was $50,000. In 2025, it&#8217;s nearly tripled to around $150,000.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Equity vs. Cash Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salary is just one piece of the compensation equation.
